For anything related to your data, write to legal@solidtech.es.
This site is a corporate showcase: it has no user accounts and no databases of its own. The only personal data we process is the following:
Your message is delivered to our corporate mailbox (hi@solidtech.es) and lives there: it is not stored in any database of this site.
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated usage data (pages viewed, device type, traffic source) with your IP address anonymised. If you don't accept, nothing is collected. Details are in the Cookie policy.
In addition, as with any website, the infrastructure serving it (Firebase Hosting, by Google) keeps technical access logs for security and operations. Some resources — the typefaces (Google Fonts) and the static map on the contact page — are loaded from Google servers, which means your IP is transmitted to Google to serve those files; no cookies are set by this.
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR, Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Responding to the enquiry you send through the form | Your consent (Art. 6.1.a), given by ticking the box when submitting |
| Site usage analytics | Your consent (Art. 6.1.a), given in the cookie banner |
| Site security and operations (technical logs) | Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) in keeping the site available and secure |
We do not use your data for marketing, do not add you to mailing lists, do not build profiles and make no automated decisions about you.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To run the site we use providers acting as data processors:
Some Google services may involve international transfers to the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and applies Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to legal@solidtech.es with the subject "Data protection". We reply within one month at most.
You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es · C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
The site is served entirely over HTTPS and we ask only for the data strictly needed to reply to you. Form messages are handled in our corporate email with Google Workspace's security measures.
If anything relevant changes — for example, a new provider — we will update this page and its "last updated" date.
