Solid Tech Consulting S.L., the Spanish company behind the Solid Tech brand, is a technology consultancy with its office in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara), in the Corredor del Henares, 45 km from Madrid, Spain. We help companies decide which technology they need, build it and run it. We're not a vendor: we're a partner who listens, proposes with judgement and stays until the solution works.
We were founded to solve, not to sell.
Solid Tech was born with a simple conviction: most tech projects fail not because of a lack of technology, but because of a lack of judgement about what to do with it.
We worked with large consultancies and saw the same pattern repeat — flawless presentations, disappointing executions, vendors who disappear after delivery. We wanted to do it differently.
The company is new; the experience is not. Solid Tech Consulting S.L. was incorporated on 24 November 2023. Behind it are its founder's 18+ years in consultancy and cloud architecture — built up before the company existed — and a senior team around him.
Today we partner with SMEs and large accounts in the three moments that shape their digital transformation: strategy, build and run. Deciding is where IT consultancy and digital transformation come in. Building is custom software development and business digitalisation. Running is managed IT support. Small enough to listen to every client. Rigorous enough to execute like a large consultancy.
If your head office is not in Spain, what changes is the context, not the work — a subsidiary opening here, data moving into an EU region, a board that wants reporting in English. We work in English and Spanish, on CET, and invoice from a Spanish entity — and GDPR (EU) 2016/679 is part of the discovery.
And, above all, close enough to say no when needed. We've written it down and published it in what we don't do.

How many of you are there?
We don't give a number, because it changes with the project. What doesn't change: you talk to the person who decides and to the person who delivers. When a project needs more capacity or a speciality, we extend the team with a partner network, and we tell you who does what. If you need dozens of people next week, we're not the right fit — and we'll tell you so.
What happens if the person I deal with leaves the project?
Nothing critical lives in one head. We document decisions as we go — architecture, why each option was chosen, runbooks — and we do it with your team. If you decide to stop, you give 30 days notice and we hand over runbooks and documentation. No exit penalties.
Do you work with companies our size?
With growing SMEs and with specific areas of large accounts, wherever the head office sits. The moment matters more than the size: if a technical decision the business rides on is sitting there and nobody is taking it with judgement, we can help. It starts with a diagnostic that wraps in 3–5 weeks, depending on your team and what is documented, or with part-time tech leadership — a fractional CTO. Where are you based, and how far do you travel?
The office is at Av. de los Escritores, 10, Office 3, in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara), 45 km from Madrid. We meet companies in the Madrid region and Castilla-La Mancha in person, and work remotely across Spain and Europe.
