Managed IT support for your systems. Not for your laptops.

For us, managed IT support means running the systems your business depends on — applications, cloud, integrations — every day: watching them, fixing them when they break and improving them. It doesn't cover end-user devices, hardware or licences.

What we run

What we run: your applications, your cloud and your integrations.

Continuous support is not someone repairing what breaks. It's someone being accountable for it working, every day.

What running a system means in practice.

Watching the critical services, not every server. Responding within the SLA you agreed. Fixing the root cause: what comes back every month is a design problem. And evolving it: the system keeps improving — it isn't just kept alive.

We also run what we didn't build.

Legacy systems are welcome. We don't need to have written the code, only to understand it — and we check that during onboarding. If yours is a project still to build, that's another page: custom software development — it ends at delivery, this one starts there.

When you need us

When managed IT support makes sense.

You launched, and nobody is keeping it in shape.
Your cloud bill grows without the value to match.
The same incidents return every month, patched each time.
You need out-of-hours cover without building a team.
Whoever knew the system left, and nothing was written down.
What it covers

What our managed IT support services cover.

Continuous support

An agreed SLA and a human response.

Evolutive maintenance

Small, continuous changes that follow the business.

24/7 monitoring

Active monitoring of the critical services.

Cloud Run & SRE

Reliability, observability, structured on-call.

Cloud FinOps

Lower cloud cost without losing performance.

Security audits

Pentest, hardening, pragmatic IT governance.

Fractional CTO →

Part-time tech leadership when decisions pile up.

Team enablement

We transfer knowledge — autonomy is the goal.

These are the services in our Run pillar; we agree the scope during onboarding. What the market sells as managed IT services bundles end-user devices with systems; we take the systems.

What we don't do

What we don't do: service desk, hardware and licences.

We don't run a service desk. We don't fix laptops, printers or the office network, and we don't resell licences.

It isn't a shortage of hands: it's a different trade. Working alongside a local IT provider or managed service provider (MSP) is no problem: they keep the equipment; we keep the systems.

We publish what we don't do because a service that promises everything does part of it badly.

When we're not the best option.

  • You need someone looking after your users and their laptops. That's end-user support: better done close to them. We'll say who to call.
  • You only want subscriptions renewed once a year. We don't sell standalone licences without strategic support behind them. A reseller fits better.
  • You want cover signed before we've seen the systems. Without onboarding we don't know what to watch or what to promise.
  • You're after the lowest price per user. We don't compete on price when it means lowering team or result quality.

If it's not a fit, that's fine too — that's why we publish this.

Most companies need both: it's a split, not a choice. If you still don't know what to change, start with IT consultancy.

Service level

How we choose the service level with you. And how you leave.

SLAs run from best-effort during business hours to 24/7 with 15-minute response. The expensive part isn't the number: it's what it takes to sustain it.

The question isn't how long you can tolerate an outage in the abstract. It's what happens if that service stops at three on a Tuesday morning. We decide that with you, service by service.

What happens if you want to leave.

30 days notice, and we hand over the runbooks. No exit penalties. We'd rather you stayed because the service pays off.

How we approach it

How we start: onboard, stabilise, optimise, evolve.

01

Onboard

Access, runbooks, map of critical services. The service level comes out of this.

02

Stabilise

Recurring incidents and the tech debt behind them. A quieter phone is the early goal.

03

Optimise

Cost, performance, observability. We compare cost before and after on the same usage profile.

04

Evolve

Improvements aligned with the roadmap: the system changes when the business changes.

It starts with a 30-minute conversation, no commitment. The technical team replies, not a salesperson.

Price

What it costs, and what drives the price.

It depends on four things: how many systems we take on, which service level you sign up for, whether out-of-hours cover is needed, and the condition of what we take on.

It's contracted as team capacity with an agreed SLA.

A system carrying tech debt usually costs more to run in the first quarter than in the fourth. Part of the early work is making it cost less.

We give you the range after onboarding, with your inventory in front of us; before that it would be made up. The first conversation already narrows it down.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked questions.

Can you work alongside our current IT provider or MSP?

Yes. They keep the devices and the licences; we keep the systems. Who answers for what is agreed up front.

How is evolutive maintenance different from break-fix?

Break-fix repairs what stopped working. Evolutive maintenance changes the system when the business changes.

What if something goes down at night and we don't have 24/7 cover?

We pick it up when the agreed hours start; what can't wait until nine shouldn't be on best-effort.

We're a UK or EU company with systems running in Spain. Can you run them in English?

Yes. We work in English and Spanish, on Central European Time — an hour ahead of the UK, the same working day. Invoicing comes from a Spanish company.

Do you need to be on site to run our systems?

No, the day-to-day is remote. We meet in person across the Madrid region when it helps.
