IT consultancy for companies in Madrid. In English, from the Corredor del Henares.

We're in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara), 45 km from Madrid, Spain. We work in English and Spanish, on Central European Time, invoicing from a Spanish company. In person across the Madrid region; the rest, remote.

Where we are

We're 45 km away. What that means in practice.

We don't have an office in Madrid. Ours is in Azuqueca de Henares, in the Corredor del Henares — the corridor between Madrid and Guadalajara.

When you compare IT consultancies, the underlying question is the same: if they're not nearby, who turns up when it matters? Work that needs someone on site every day is desk support. Tech leadership needs judgement.

If your head office is abroad, there's a second question: who reports back, in which language and in which time zone. We report in English or Spanish, on CET, and invoice from a Spanish company.

Not sure you need a consultancy at all? Start with what an IT consultant does.

When you need us

What we solve for companies in Madrid and the Corredor del Henares.

You look for an IT consultancy nearby and only find equipment maintenance.
Your office is in Madrid, your plant is in the Corredor, and the two systems don't talk.
You need someone who can sit down with you without losing a day.
Your Spanish operation runs on a local supplier and head office can't read the reports.
A large customer sends technical requirements nobody inside can assess.
You're opening an office or warehouse here and someone has to decide what runs it.
In person or remote

What changes between working in person and remotely.

What changes isn't the price or the treatment, but which part of the work gains from being in the same room. The split goes into the proposal.

Area served

Where we work in person: Corredor del Henares, Madrid and Guadalajara.

The corridor has two sides. On the Guadalajara side: Azuqueca de Henares, Alovera, Cabanillas del Campo, Marchamalo and Guadalajara. On the Madrid side: Meco, Alcalá de Henares, Torrejón de Ardoz, San Fernando de Henares and Coslada.

Beyond the corridor we travel in person across the rest of the Madrid region and Castilla-La Mancha. Further out, remotely: Spain and Europe. A limit, not a promise we stretch.

How we approach it

How we start, and where each step happens.

01

Conversation

We respond in under 48 working hours. 30 minutes, no commitment, by video call or at your office. The technical team replies, not a salesperson.

02

Discovery

Kicks off in person: interviews with your team and a review of what's there. Wraps in 3–5 weeks. It can be commissioned on its own.

03

Decision

We present the roadmap in person, with you and whoever decides. It covers 12–24 months.

04

Continuity

Day to day, remote. Steering meetings for the big decisions, in person if you prefer.

Who it's for

Who we work with between Madrid and Guadalajara.

Corredor del Henares

A good IT person, no technical counterpart.

Someone keeps it running, but nobody decides architecture or pushes back on suppliers. Part-time tech leadership fits there.

Madrid + Guadalajara

Office in the capital, operation in the province.

Two sites, two technical realities, figures that never match. Sometimes the answer isn't a report but building something.

Subsidiary in Spain

Head office decides abroad and nobody translates here.

We report in English and work with your Spanish team in Spanish.

What we don't do

When a consultancy from outside Madrid isn't your best option.

  • You need someone in your office every day. We come when the work calls for it, not daily. For a fixed presence, someone on your payroll fits better.
  • What's failing is a laptop, a printer or the network. We don't do desk support or hardware work, in Madrid or Azuqueca. A maintenance company will serve you better.
  • You need recurring visits outside the Madrid region and Castilla-La Mancha. Remotely we work across Spain and Europe. Outside that area, we couldn't sustain it.
  • Your procurement rules require a supplier with an office in Madrid. A legitimate requirement. Our address is in Azuqueca de Henares and we won't present another. Better to know early.

If it's not a fit, that's fine too — that's why we publish this.

Frequently asked

Questions we get from companies in Madrid and Guadalajara.

Are you based in Madrid?

No. We're in Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara), 45 km from Madrid.

Do you work in person with companies in Madrid?

Yes. In person across the Madrid region and Castilla-La Mancha; remotely, throughout Spain and Europe.

We're an international company with an operation near Madrid. Can you work in English?

Yes. Reports, roadmap and steering meetings in English; the day-to-day with your Spanish team in Spanish. We work 9:00–18:00 CET, one hour ahead of the UK.

Can you invoice from a Spanish company?

Yes. We invoice from Solid Tech Consulting S.L., a Spanish company in Guadalajara. For a subsidiary, that usually makes procurement simpler than contracting from abroad.

Do you come to our offices?

We agree that in the first conversation. Visits are booked in advance and we don't promise an arrival time: it depends on traffic.

Is there a travel charge?

What is billed and what isn't goes into the proposal, before anything starts.

Do you do IT support and maintenance in Madrid?

Not in the way it's usually meant: no desk support, no printers, no hardware sales. We do run what we build or take on, with agreed SLAs under the Run pillar. We explain the difference between consultancy and IT support in detail.

Next step

Shall we talk about your project?
